ONLINE PAYROLL SERVICES

SmartBooks Accounting Solutions, LLC offers a fully functional, user friendly, online payroll service to our customers at very reasonable rates.  You can either choose to run your own payroll (after I train you on my simple online system), or have me run it for you.  You will find that managing your own paydays is easy!  You input the hours (or use the optional time tracking program) over a secure internet connection, approve the result, and either print the checks on your printer or let the program send direct deposits to your employees' bank accounts at no extra cost!  All required federal and state deposits, as well as quarterly and year end reporting, are done electronically with just a couple of mouse clicks.  W-2's are also included at no additional cost.  I will give you direct assistance in the initial setup of the program, and can be reached by phone anytime with remote access to assist you with the process.  I am also available to come to your site when necessary. 

Payroll processing will become a push of the button, an approval instead of a headache.  Payments to governmental agencies will be easy as well, just an approval of an automated payment.  Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting will also be fully automated and electronic.  Employees can have their payroll details via email, and independent contractor pay can also be automated as well.
